🔍 Part Confirmation & Order Approval

After you place your order and payment is processed, our team will inspect the part to confirm its availability, condition, and readiness for shipping.

We’ll then send you real photos of the exact part removed from the donor vehicle for your review. You’ll have up to 2 business days to approve these images once you receive them. Please note, the image approval window remains open for 7 business days from your order date.

Once we receive your confirmation, your part will be carefully packaged and dispatched within five business days.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking Information


You’ll receive your tracking number and freight information via email within two business days after your order leaves our facility.

Smaller items, like sensors or modules, will be shipped directly to the billing address on your order.

Larger components, such as engines and transmissions, require delivery to a verified commercial location. To ensure a smooth delivery for these larger parts, please provide:

  • The full legal business name and address.
  • Contact information for an authorized representative (name, phone number, and email).
  • Permission for us to coordinate directly with your business contact if needed.

⚠️ Important: If unloading equipment (like a forklift) is required at the delivery site, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide it or cover any related costs.

📦 At the Time of Delivery

Carefully inspect your shipment the moment it arrives.

If you spot any visible damage, clearly note it on the delivery receipt before signing, and make sure to keep a copy for your records.

Important: If the part appears damaged, do not discard the original packaging. It’s absolutely essential for filing any shipping damage claims.
