🚫 Key Return Conditions

  • Labor Costs: We do not cover any labor charges associated with installing, removing, or diagnosing parts.
  • Return Eligibility: Items that have been installed, modified, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
  • Part Verification: All returned parts must exactly match the item originally shipped. Each part is tagged for tracking; returns will be denied if identifiers are missing, or if the item shows signs of alteration or misuse, unless our team verifies damage during shipping.
  • How to File a Claim: To ensure proper documentation, all return requests and product concerns must be submitted in writing via email or postal mail.

🚚 Damaged or Defective Parts

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. You can call us at +1 (407) 589-5750 or report the issue on our website, partsautonearme.com.

Should the package look visibly damaged when it arrives, you have the option to refuse delivery. If you do, please contact us immediately for further instructions.

Important: All returns require a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We cannot accept or process returns sent without this authorization.

🔄 How to Return a Part

Once you have your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please ship the part back to us within 7 business days and provide a valid tracking number.

It’s crucial to send the return to the exact address specified in your RMA instructions. Returns sent to an incorrect location may be rejected.

Unless we’ve made other arrangements, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

💰 Refunds & Replacements


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your request for either a refund to your original payment method or send out a replacement part. All authorized returns are then forwarded to our Accounting Team for timely and accurate processing.

📦 Restocking & Cancellation Fees

If a delivery is refused by the customer or goes unclaimed after several attempts, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. This fee is in addition to charges for both the original and return shipping.

For cancellations made after an order has been processed and no replacement part is requested, we reserve the right to deduct a 25% restocking fee, along with any applicable shipping expenses, from the final refund.
